Multilanguage for MOMathon-App

The translations are stored inside xrx.htdocs. Created the files for english, all other supported languages have to be translated seperately.

For having the basic set of translation, i will copy the english one for all other languages. So they get almost the english texts.

A german translation will be added by me soon. Translationfiles aren't part of the issue #506 (closed), because they had to be created manually.

Tested but please test all "outgoing" links again,
