Moving MOMathon-app to multilanguage

For a wider audience it is important to display the MOMathon-App in different languages. For this, the main widget, etc. has to be edited.

Because of some more text, i18n isnt the best solution. So i am using the xrx.htdoc possibility for multilanguage purposes as the home-widget does.
