Fixed a bug in FGMRES, where computeSolution took the wrong basis for right prec., also removed some unnecessary includes from main.h

Fixed bug with Schwarz on coarser levels, still slight inconsistency in iterative setup, but runnable

Mostly fixed MPI issues, rare seg fault at end of runtime with MPI, probably due to double free's somewhere since some dealloc is still done manually, should be fixed by itself eventually
