changes made in 2 collections: charters and search in charters: the widget goto-search.widget.xml now points to search2 in search: search2 was refactored, different 'get' work-around in order to avoid too long urls. Now user have to opt-in filters instead to opt them out. Only opt-in filters are submitted via rest.
