Added some functions to create a copy of a existing public charter into a MyCollection

  • jquery.ui.dialog.ToCollection.js contains functions to create several Dialogs.
  • my-collection-check-charter-exists.xml is a service to check if this charter have already a copy in the coosen MyCollection.
  • my-collection-copy-charter.xml contains the service to copy the charter to the choosen MyCollection
