Fix for #370 (closed)

  • my-collection-charter-edit.widget.xml

  • added function to check if user owner or shared-user. If not function PermisDialog in jquery.ui.xmeditor.js will be called.

  • jquery.ui.xmleditor.js

  • Adedd function PermisDialog(): creates a dialog, when the dialog is closed user will be redirected to mom/home.
