PR >without< Import-Changes for hungarian Charters

Additional Changes:

  1. Changed Editor-Mode: "Save-and-Edit" opens VdUEditor as usual; saved-charters or my-collection opens EditMOM3

  2. Changed Definition-File: <cei:witness> as a big field of Data! So multiple Occurrences are available.
