Added custom avatar to preset selection and changed to grid list

QFJannisLauer requested to merge Add_custom_avatar_to_preset_selection into develop

Selected Avatars are now pushed to the top of the list. Selected User Avatar always shows as the first List element. Also added Hover effect to each preset in the List.
