fixed a bug where the whiteboard content after uploading a file would only refresh on one but not the other whiteboard moved whiteboardupload controller into central whiteboardcontroller moved url to NetworkSettings Config Asset to make it easy to change cleaned up the whiteboard objects added whiteboardcontroller to mainscene
