Added Screenshot Feature, UI and fixed few things

jan samus requested to merge features/screenshots_ui into develop

Main Feature:

  • added screenshot feature
  • screenshots can only be recorded when a directory is selected
  • directory can be changed afterwards

Minor Tweaks:

  • connected emotewheel to gameplayhud
  • camera zoom now gets blocked during asset placement
  • fixed instruction tooltip for whiteboards
