All functionality, which the rss2ipy python module relies on, are now
bundled inside the librss2i. Hence, librss2i replaces the former
libcrc and adds some functionality at the same time.

The rss2ipy python module is now capable of decoding debug messages
that got received via USB. It also contains a version string now.
