QuickMenu | Disable Shortcuts that are obsolete or deprecated

Summary

The menu and a variety of player states are available via the QuickUI. This menu is open as long as A is pressed, with the hand movement hovering over and releasing the button selecting an option. Some of these states/shortcuts are obsolete/deprecated.

Problem or need

No longer supported:

• NVPL, the prior VR-based graph solution

Not needing a shortcut:

• AudioBubbles / Audio Annotation

Proposed solution

Disable the states/shortcuts no longer needed
