rss2i.py: Reword header of downloaded files

A short reminder issue.

The header of the downloaded files should be reworded/formatted differently. This regards both the RSS as well as the samples files:

  • Use a single space after the comment sign #
  • Use singular cycle instead of plural cycles
  • Do not format the entries with leading or trailing spaces
  • Instead of frame 1 | device 24 I prefer frame 1 (device 24)
  • Maybe even frame 1 (dev 24 @ 2442 MHz)?
