normalize-space in cei2html.xsl can cause problems

handing over text() to normalize-space()-function in https://github.com/icaruseu/mom-ca/blob/master/my/XRX/src/mom/app/charter/xsl/cei2html.xsl#L1056 and https://github.com/icaruseu/mom-ca/blob/master/my/XRX/src/mom/app/charter/xsl/cei2html.xsl#L1070 can create this error.
