Browsing in search results (`/search-result`) loses sort order

If moving from http://monasterium.net/mom/index/illurk-vocabulary/WithAdditionalColours via the 'browse in search results' link to http://monasterium.net/mom/1/search-result? the order of the search results is different from the (chronological) sort order in the short list. Phenomenon is currently not observed in search2 (e.g. http://monasterium.net/mom/search2?q=M%C3%BCnchen+Friedrich&option=and&an=&sort=date&categories=&context= first three entries keep their order)
