encoding of bibliographic references in www.monasterium.net/mom/SSRQ_AR_AI_1_Nr_1/collection

Bibliographic references are encoded as cei:ref[@type='bibliography'] with @ref containing the ID of the title. This creates the need for <xsl:template match="cei:ref[@type='bibliography'] in cei2html.xsl, which creates an error (#316 (closed)) .
