Fonds can have restricted access to images represented by thumbnails

Could be displayed similar to http://monasterium.net/mom/DE-HStASt/HStASt_A502/A_502_U_1022/charter:

  • fond-property "restricted" is set to "true", but no dummy image is given.
  • image displayed is the cei:figure as in the default, but the link on the image leads to the link in its original context (cei:archIdentifier/cei:ref@target)
