normalise cei:traditioForm

• originals (=physical charter is probably created at the date given in the abstract): 'or.' (cfr. http://www.cei.lmu.de/VID/#VID_42)
• copies (=physical charter reproduces primarily a text which probably was written down as a physcial charter already before the date of the actual document): 'cop.' (cfr. http://www.cei.lmu.de/VID/#VID_53)
  • copies can be distinguished, e.g. by terms used in the VID or by national traditions (like the distinction between 'Vidimus' and 'Transsumpt' in the German tradition).

=> change of data model involved? currently cei:witnessOrig contains any kind of original. A data model using generally cei:witness and using the condition [traditioForm='or.'] for the original could be considered. cfr. #161
